The expansion and remodeling of the BUENOS AIRES HILTON HOTEL continues. A fundamental part of this process, besides the aesthetic and functional elements, is the search for an improved acoustic condition in its most important areas, such as the lobby and the restaurant.

With the objective of ensuring maximum comfort and interior sound quality, they trusted our company, ASTS - Thermal and Acoustic, to provide counseling, development and execution of the acoustic treatment, obtaining a superior final quality.
An absorbing and calibrated surface was used in ceilings as well as a Prosound ASTS gypsum board, acoustic fabrics and oscillators.

Pampa Energía

Pampa Energía acquired part of the Petrobras group. As a result, and according to its characteristic quality and optimization policies, has trusted our company, ASTS - Thermal and Acoustic, with the acoustic treatment of its new offices and lunchroom areas in their emblematic building located at Maipú 1, in the city of Buenos Aires.

We applied sectored fabric wall panels combined with Bireflex hanging panels in the ceiling (in an exclusive color), achieving both an excellent sound comfort and the appealing design that our client was looking for.

The worldwide number one company decided to continue expanding its facilities in Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires. Its innovative aesthetic, with a clear young industrial nature, needed an acoustic refurbishment that provided a perfect interior sound comfort while keeping its architectural image.

For this reason, they turned to our company, ASTS - Thermal and Acoustic, and we fulfilled these requirements efficiently, through the assessment, acoustic development, and, afterwards, application of high density sprayed cellulose in a medium gray color on all the sectors where the tile was visible. In this way, we successfully achieved the required quality and appearance.

TOYOTA ARGENTINA

Investment in the automobile sector has been taking place with the aim of acquiring productive and technological capacity. Part of these new facilities and machinery need to be accompanied by acoustic treatments to avoid disturbing noises for the workers.

Toyota Argentina trusted ASTS - Thermal and Acoustic to control and soundproof their new vehicle testing line, pressurized cabin and extractors in the Zarate site. In this way, they were able to efficiently achieve productivity and comfort in their workplace.

Therefore, the renown architecture studio M/SG/S/S/S and the investors decided to hire our company, ASTS - Thermal and Acoustic, for the design, development and complete execution of an acoustic solution for their cinema rooms, ensuring maximum acoustic quality coupled with cutting-edge technology.

AAMNBA AUDITORIUM

Towards the end of 2013, AAMNBA (Asociación Amigos del Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes) took the initiative to remodel its auditorium completely.
The main aim of the directors and benefactors was to make architectural, acoustic and technical improvements in the association's auditorium, turning it into a unique space for the fulfillment of educational activities and the contribution to the cultural life of the City of Buenos Aires.

Consequently, they asked us to undertake the project of its complete remodeling, which had to provide an interior redesign to replace the original structure and, at the same time, create a geometric volume, developed exclusively by ASTS - Thermal and Acoustic, guaranteeing a sophisticated sound, audiovisual and functional quality.

The new line of glass wool products from ISOGLASS, called FP, incorporates an innovative aluminium foil tightened with glass yarns in a linear way, for the same value than the renown Kraft paper, besides having the following benefits:

Our line of insulating sheets for professional use and a wide range of applications, from the Sound Block Barrier brand, has introduced a new material component, formed in great part by recycled natural rubber particles, which makes it a 100% eco-friendly product.

Its main acoustic characteristics remain the top performance ones in the market. It has got an exclusive total thickness of 3,2 mm and a 1700 kg./m3 density, rolled-up in a cardboard tube for an optimum application.

The new Buña-Click ASTS access panels are designed to allow a quick way of examining or accessing ceilings or walls, and providing an excellent aesthetic quality at the same time.

They have a pre-painted white aluminium frame which is hidden inside the gypsum board, a 5 mm z-furring channel through its perimeter, double touch latch, and safety cable.
