Our panels are made with sustainable materials.
The acoustic felt is made from recycled material, certified according to the Global Recycling Standards (GRS). The wooden slats are made of MDF board, certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC).

The standard panel size is 2400 x 600 x 21 mm.

The product's base consists of a 9 mm thick polyester panel, and the surface is composed of 12 mm thick MDF slats. These slats are 27 mm wide and spaced approximately 13 mm apart.

ASTS ARQFIBRA acoustic panels, made of polyester fiber with recycled raw material, chemically treated to be fireproof / flame retardant; demonstrate exceptional acoustic performance over a wide range of frequencies in combination with optimal structural rigidity, which allows for use on hanging or applied surfaces.

It is a perfect material to apply on walls or ceilings in order to reduce sound reverberation and thus achieve a correct sound comfort together with a unique architectural design freedom.

ASTS ARQFIBRA has very good air porosity, which provides optimum absorbent performance for closed environments.

The thicknesses can be from 9 to 25 mm, with the variant of being able to add layers of different thicknesses in case a greater final thickness is required. It can improve the absorbent effect, mainly in low and medium frequency, by leaving a small air chamber behind the panels.

Recommendations for use:

Slight color deviations may occur as PET felt panels are made from recycled fibers. The panels have a front and a back because the fibers are oriented differently on both sides, the direction of the fluff. Remember to apply the panels in the same direction and use the same side during installation to avoid alterations in appearance. Manual cutting: Due to the fibrous structure and thermoplastic properties of the material, it is important to use very sharp tools during cutting. This prevents the fibers from tearing and minimizes fraying. Excess friction, caused by using dull tools, can lead to tears in the material.
