7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

10. TERMINATION

10.1. OBRAS ACÚSTICAS has the right to restrict the User's access to the site, in whole or in part, if: (i) the User breaches any provision of these Terms and Conditions; (ii) OBRAS ACÚSTICAS is legally obligated to do so or is required to do so by order of a competent authority, or (iii) OBRAS ACÚSTICAS decides to permanently suspend the Site. In such cases, termination will not entitle Users to any compensation and/or refund.

10.2. In the event of termination for any reason, clauses 3, 5, 6, 7, and 13 of these Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect.

11. ASSIGNMENT

11.1. OBRAS ACÚSTICAS may assign, transfer, or delegate any of its rights and obligations without the User's consent.

12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

12.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Argentina.

12.2. Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions, their existence, validity, interpretation, scope, or performance, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Federal Civil and Commercial Courts of the Republic of Argentina, located in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
